ABOUT ME

My name is Elodie, I am a mother of two children and I am a certified nutritionist (MCO), wellness coach and yoga instructor.

I graduated in Anatomy-Physiology, Nutrition and Pathology from TCMA Geneva.
I received my Yoga Teacher diploma from Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India.
I received my diploma as a Wellness Coach from Symbiosis - International Coaching Federation.
I am a member of The Swiss Nutrition Society (SSN/SGE Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Ernährung)

At the age of 35, I survived cancer and this experience has been a trigger to recreate the life I really wanted. It also helped me to understand the very essence of what health is all about.

After dedicating 12 years to a successful career in Marketing, I embarked on a transformative journey that led me to pursue my passion for holistic well-being. This career transition allowed me to blend my marketing expertise with my commitment to fostering physical and mental well-being. I am now equipped with a unique skill set that enables me to not only understand the intricacies of nutrition but also to guide individuals on their journey to optimal health. My diverse background has instilled in me a holistic perspective, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and lifestyle. I am excited to leverage my dual expertise to empower others in making sustainable lifestyle choices for a balanced and fulfilling life.
